A HIDDEN VARIABLE

Aamaterra
Alëna Aamaterra Ivanova is an
interdisciplinary, intuitive symbolic artist.
Her practice explores cycles of
transformation, interconnected systems,
and the relationship between myth, nature,
and perception. Working primarily with
painting and symbolic structures, she
creates Artifacts — an alchemy of energy,
matter, and the Zeitgeist.
Drawing on
ecological thinking, sacred geometry, and
philosophical inquiry, Alëna investigates
processes of change, continuity, and inner
balance. Inspired by life itself, her work
invites reflection on expanded
consciousness and existence beyond linear
narratives.

Alexandr Luc
Through his art, Alexandr Luc - born in
Transilvania, România in 1994 - showcases
the creative and subversive stance that he
takes in relation to the study of social
constructions and the production and
perception of abstract painting.
The artist resides in the northern part of
Berlin, Germany, he is 176 cm tall, and if he
weren't making art, he would most likely
explore the field of Egyptology.

Avasciart
Alexandra is a scientist and artist based in
Berlin. She holds a doctorate in biomedical
engineering from the University of Oxford
and has a decade of experience in medical
research and drug development.
In her current work, she splits her time
between creating science-inspired art and
supporting life science start-ups and
academics with science strategy and
communication.
In visual art, she enjoys blending different
techniques, such as linoprinting,
watercolour and 3D-printing, creating mixed
media pieces and digital collages to
celebrate nature, medicine, science and life.

Roxana Ardeleanu
Roxana Ardeleanu is a Romanian visual
and transdisciplinary artist based in Berlin,
working across painting, drawing, sculpture,
sound and performativity.
Her practice is
self-referential and conceptually layered,
often rooted in personal experience and
philosophical inquiry.
As a speculative researcher, her interest lies
in how distinct fields -art,science,spirituality
and philosophy—can converge to generate
new ideas and semiotic dynamics that
transcend their initial parameters, allowing
for subtle shifts in perception and meaning.
She holds a BA and MA in Visual Arts and
has studied at the National University of
Arts Bucharest, the École Supérieure d’Art
Grenoble and at Weißensee Academy of
Art Berlin.

Shahryar Khorasani
Shahryar Khorasani (1993, Iran) is a
Berlin-based fine artist specializing in
figurative painting and dark surrealism,
working primarily in oil, charcoal, graphite
and ink.
His work explores psychological
depth and themes of morality, mysticism,
and transformation. Drawing from classical
master traditions and dark surrealist
influences, his figurative compositions
inhabit ambiguous spaces between dream
and consciousness.
He is currently
developing ongoing series including
"Abyss" and "Murky Dreams".

Suha Arda Soykan
Suha Arda Soykan is a multidisciplinary visual artist and creative director working between Istanbul and Berlin.
His practice investigates the intersection of body, technology and perception, focusing on how imaging systems and digital infrastructures reshape the conditions of embodiment.
Drawing on visual languages derived from MRI, X-ray, and microscopy, Soykan constructs layered compositions in which the body appears as a fragmented, reconfigured interface rather than a stable form.
His work engages with questions of consciousness, material agency, and the politics of visibility within technologically mediated environments.

Perceptrum²
Perceptrum² is the collaborative practice of artist-engineer Dora Motèque and physicist-composer Luciano Ciamarone,
formed in 2024.
Their work explores the intersection of gesture, computation, and materiality through interactive installations that translate human presence into evolving
sound and form.
Motèque’s background in painting, scenography, and spatial design combines with Ciamarone’s expertise in physics, generative sound, and real-time systems.
Together, they develop Sounding Canvas, an intelligent surface where touch becomes data, memory, and sonic experience.

Li Anna
Li Anna is an author, artist, philosopher, and art historian based in Berlin. She holds a doctorate in art history with a focus on cultural studies.
Her research explores how artistic depictions of reality compare and contrast with scientific ones, viewing reality as something that is not self-evident, but culturally determined. This theme also shapes her creative work: inspired by philosophy, metaphysics, and spirituality, she sees her texts, novels, drawings and paintings as stages in an ongoing exploration of reality and unreality, of the world behind the world, of the possible and impossible.
Her publications include the text collection Im Grünen Salon. Begegnung, and the novel Die magische Kraft der vier Elemente.

Lufo
Lucas Fabian Olivero (b. 1985, Córdoba, Argentina) is a contemporary artist, PhD in Digital Media Art, PhD in Design and Innovation, Architect and Building Engineer-Architect, based in Berlin since 2021.
Lufo's artistic realm builds from academic research, music, life experiences, books and travels. He blends all his background in hybrid (analogical/digital) art and using parallel, conical, fully immersive spherical and cubical perspectives, etc.
Lufo’s art invites viewers to experience multidimensional spaces through his unique style mixing architecture, mathematics, scientific illustration, digital art and interactive installations. Much of his art-practice-based research focuses on paradigms of perception which he materialises in dynamic, fluent, relative and never-ending artworks, right as he perceives that reality could be (and worth living).

Ala Leresteux
Ala Leresteux is a visual artist and curator with a Master’s degree in Philosophy.
Her practice draws from scientific and theoretical fields such as physics, linguistics, psychology, and biology. Working primarily with ink pointillism, drawing, and mixed media, she explores themes of perception, language, and cognition.
Her philosophical background informs a deep interest in the relationship between conceptual thought and sensory experience, a connection she brings into both her artistic work and the exhibitions she curates.

Ritayan Rath
While pursuing his Masters in Staedelschule Architecture Class and later on working in 3 Deluxe, Albaker Architects and Mutabor, Ritayan was exposed to the design and construction of sculptural furnitures, interior design and their complexities in realization and various methods and techniques of presentation. Presently based in Berlin, Ritayan is involved in architecture design and construction (mainly office spaces) and art exhibitions/festivals, physical and digital in metaverse platforms.
By being multi-disciplinary in approach, he believes that design-research plays an important part in the function and placement of an object in physical space. The process of design is as important as the storytelling and the presentation of the concept for the perfect spatial and physical simulation.
Ritayan's proficiency includes concept design, VR architectural visualization, 3D modeling, 2D architectural drawings (LPH 1-5), and real-time architectural simulation/storytelling. He has worked on diverse projects, including gastronomy, 5-star hotels, residential apartments, furniture designs, cruise ship interiors, showrooms, and brand architecture.
